Shakti Naam Yoga Masterclass
During this rare class, led by the founder of Naam Yoga, Dr.
Joseph Michael Levry you will receive direct access to this
advanced form of yoga, hardly known to the western world, and
work with the power of Naam or mantra and sacred music in a
healing symphony of movement, laughter, rhythm and tones to
harmonize our mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. We will
use rejuvenating breathing exercises, dynamic movement and
mantra meditation to refresh and recharge our entire being.
Shakti Naam works with the fifth element within us, that ocean
of energy that gives life to our being. It is referred to as the
yoga of youth and longevity by those that know the full extent
of its power. Chairs will be available
as needed.
What
You Can Expect During the Weekend
The weekend begins with a very special Shakti Naam Yoga
Masterclass led by
Dr. Levry on Friday evening. Then, on Saturday and Sunday there
will be a full day of meditation, lecture and Shakti Naam Yoga,
featuring a morning meditation on each day to help harmonize
your energy with Heaven and Earth. Two Universal Kabbalah
foundation classes will be taught during the weekend along with
two Shakti Naam Yoga Masterclasses. All these offerings are in
preparation for the advanced lecture that will be given by Dr.
Levry on both evenings. All Friday, Saturday and Sunday
offerings are included in the weekend price, but as a
convenience new students also have the option of taking only the
Friday evening Shakti Naam Yoga Masterclass and / or the
foundational day I and II classes.
